- Responsible for preparing purchase and sales contracts.
- Responsible for preparing sales status reports.
- Maintain reports status real time which includes buyer deposits.
- Maintain contract records in designated folder within server.
- Support the Inhouse sales team, project manager team and Director of Sales to ensure the project is executed effectively from inception to completion.
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fundamental knowledge of WORD and Excel.
- Basic understanding of real estate contracts for sales and purchase.
- Proficiency in common office applications.
- Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety and environmental regulations and law.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
