    Description

    Looking for a Director of Physical Security for a dynamic company. This key role involves relocating to Puerto Rico, and it's the perfect fit for someone with a background in the Department of Homeland Security or the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

    As the Director of Physical Security, you will be in charge of overseeing security operations, managing Security Officers, Regional Security operations, and providing Executive Protection to VIPs.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and define strategic objectives for the team.
    • Implement cost-efficient initiatives and focus on customer service.
    • Manage the department's budget effectively.
    • Supervise the protection of executives, employees, and VIPs assigned by the Board of Directors.
    • Implement and oversee a comprehensive Physical Security Inspection Program for security technology systems.
    • Ensure proper utilization of contract security guard force.
    • Prepare and maintain reports for management and law enforcement on any crimes committed against the company.
    • Provide guidance to all business units on security and loss prevention matters.
    • Develop and oversee an integrated security program involving personnel and systems.
    • Conduct regular physical security inspections to identify and address any issues.
    • Coordinate emergency procedures implementation for all facilities.
    • Assist in planning and implementing security programs for new buildings and facilities.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
    • Need at least 4 years of supervisory experience in physical security, fraud investigations, and executive protection.
    • Professional certifications like CPP, CFE, CST, PPS, or IBA are required.
