We're growing and looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Content Specialist/Marketing Coordinator with a self-starter attitude and the ability to manage and coordinate projects for an existing customer base. If you're the right person, this job can be tailored to your skills and strengths.

You'll be part of a team responsible for supporting multiple products and services for both corporate and dealer client projects. As a Content Specialist/Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing client social media accounts and email blasts, facilitating omni-channel marketing campaigns, writing project briefs, copywriting, editing, working with vendors, and more. Our ideal candidate is a team player, excellent at multitasking, and passionate about providing solutions. They also have a desire to learn quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, channel marketing environment. Attention to detail and working within deadlines and budgets are essential. Serious candidates with a minimum of 2 years of marketing, copywriting, and/or project management experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in equipment or distribution industries is a plus. Important Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge and understanding of print, video, web, social media, and digital marketing.

• Strong written communication skills and copywriting capabilities for both print and digital media.\

• At least 2 marketing writing samples must be submitted with application.

• Ability to write clear project briefs to effectively communicate client needs to creative team members.

• Exceptional ability to edit and proofread content at all stages of development.

• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.

• Experience using online marketing strategies, platforms, and digital advertising/PPC.

• Google Ads, Meta Business (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

General Requirements:

• 2 years of copywriting, marketing, and/or project management experience.

• Sense of ownership, teamwork, and dedication to providing great work to our clients.

• Ability and desire to build and maintain relationships with the internal team, clients, and vendors.

• Effective in meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects with a high attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize accordingly, work within budgets, and pivot quickly.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficient online/computer skills.

• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office Suite programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Use and continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.

• Comfortable working in a small team environment with constant growth and change.

• Keep up to date with market trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.

• Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and/or Adobe Creative software is a plus.
