Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Creates a program centered on participants, emphasizing relationship-building skills and fostering innovation to ensure satisfaction.
Recruits, trains, and leads staff and volunteers, overseeing day-to-day operations and performance evaluation.
Facilitates supervised visits and exchanges onsite, offsite, and virtually.
Supervises family interactions and encourages feedback for continuous improvement.
Establishes systems for feedback to enhance services.
Ensures proper implementation of visitation procedures and updates Social Services protocols.
Utilizes Daxko and Secure Cases for program functions and maintains documentation.
Develops strategic plans for program expansion and responds promptly to inquiries and complaints.
Monitors program effectiveness, compiles statistics, and leads Parent Enrichment classes.
Collaborates with community organizations and manages program budget.
Creates staff work schedules and performs assigned duties.
Must have flexible working hours.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or related field.

2. Minimum one year of experience with children and families.

3. LSW qualification preferred; LSW certificate or working towards is a plus.

4. Proficiency in computer skills and standard business software.

5. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and demonstrate leadership qualities.

6. Strong organization skills.

7. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
