Your Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the team to develop and implement effective, efficient, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Design and manage an operating model that involves the Fleet teams in executing sourcing strategies.
Utilize data to measure sourcing and process results, and identify opportunities for improvement through continuous improvement methods.
Foster strong relationships with Fleet teams to develop sourcing plans, execute them, and achieve desired results.
Collaborate with other brands within Carnival Corporation to enhance our scale and effectiveness.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven leadership skills in multinational and hybrid teams.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of success.
Fluent in English (our company language).
Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.
