What to Expect

  • Consulting with customers and leading sales conversations until the leasing or sales agreement is reached. Planning and conducting test drives with the intention of creating an exceptional and first-class brand experience.
  • Answering user questions and educating all NIO users and prospects about our product specifics.
  • Proactively implementing a customer retention strategy with the goal of long-term customer satisfaction and increasing NIO's brand awareness in Germany.

What You Bring

  • You share our passion for electric mobility and the NIO philosophy of "Blue Sky Coming".
  • You have at least three years of sales experience, preferably in the premium
