If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply nowWhat you'll doBecome part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:Create Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs) related to time based maintenance (TBM), meantime between failure (MTBF) of components and equipment in their assigned technology or area, as well as the requirements to return equipment to basic conditions and/or maintain the basic conditions of their equipment/technologyWork with members of the Maintenance Technicians and staff to ensure that designated equipment/technology is maintained at basic conditions and to guide / coach the Maintenance Technicians on actions to restore the equipment/technology to basic conditionsEnsure the established Standard Maintenance Procedures enable the achievement of KPIs (MTBF,MTTR, and OEE)Address throughput, run to run, and downtime related issues with equipment in a production environmentCoordinate activities per Scout Production System) standards (particularly the Autonomous and Professional Maintenance Pillar activities)Impact the overall equipment effectiveness, through a systematic approach of planning and executing key maintenance enablers and coordinating all activities utilizing the CMMS - Total Maintenance System (TMS)Actively participate and lead kaizen project activities centered on Safety, Cost, Quality and Throughput improvements and waste reduction opportunities identified through cost deployment

    Location & Travel Expectations:
    The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Blythewood, MI.

    Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

    Here's what else you'll bring:

    2+ years of professional experience in automotive production equipment, with expertise in achieving stable production and maintenance processes and in-depth knowledge of Maintenance operations.2+ years of experience providing coaching and leadership within a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.

    Strong technical skills in networking, hardware, and software systemsAbility to understand PLC logic, Robotic programming, and mechanical assembly and disassembly of complex stations and assemblies.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Efficient executing maintenance plansAbility to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
