JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Indian Field Industrial Mechanic at IFZW, your responsibilities will include:


  • Careful evaluation of technical documents and maintenance and repair of machines
  • Use of mathematics to convert length measurements, angles, or volumes for the production of parts
  • Understanding of physics for proper handling of different machines and production facilities

Key skills required for this position are:

  • Manufacturing and assembling of machine and plant components according to technical drawings
  • Commissioning and functional testing of equipment
  • Maintenance and repair of equipment

After gaining experience as an Industrial Mechanic at IFZW, you will have the opportunity to become a master craftsman, take on a leadership role in the workshop or maintenance department, or become a project manager.

  • Dual vocational training
  • Duration of training: 3 years
  • Training locations: FAW Zwickau, IFZW Zwickau

Requirements:

  • Completion of 10th grade
  • Willingness to travel for assembly work
