Our client, a company in the mobility industry, is looking for a Transport Logistics Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) to join their team in the Kingsbury, NV region.

What you will do:

  • Order management for vehicle deliveries and shipments
  • Order acceptance, verification, processing
  • Customer contact, including coordination of loading dates
  • Assignment of transport orders to contracted and thirdparty carriers
  • Procurement of transport capacities
  • Creation of transport orders and accompanying documents
  • Document handover and driver dispatch
  • Monitoring of orders to ensure adherence to pickup and delivery dates
  • Communication with customers and transport service providers

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of freight forwarding or logistics services
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding and procurement/distribution logistics, preferably in customer service or dispatch
  • Professional experience in the automotive logistics sector is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced user knowledge of MS Excel in terms of evaluation and analysis functions
  • Independent work
style with a high level of initiative and commitment to developing and improving existing processes
