    Our client, a leading company in the real estate and supply chain logistics industry, is looking to hire a skilled Legal Operations Manager. If you're interested in joining a top-notch team that significantly impacts the global economy, this opportunity is for you.

    About the Team:

    You'll be part of a growing legal operations team that collaborates across functions to support our mission of enabling seamless teamwork worldwide. We're on the lookout for a motivated Legal Operations Manager to join our dynamic legal department. Reporting to the Director of Legal Operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing and optimizing our legal processes. This role offers a unique chance to drive excellence in legal operations, integrate innovative technologies like AI, and enhance the efficiency of the commercial team.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Assist in implementing and managing streamlined commercial legal operations, including metrics reporting, dashboard creation, systems operations, and utilizing contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools. Continuously improve and optimize these processes for maximum organizational benefit.
    • Collaborate on cross-functional commercial operations projects to develop best practices in the legal field, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal compliance.
    • Key role in promoting best practices in the technology initiatives of the commercial legal team to maintain a cutting-edge technological approach. This involves working with systems like CLM, SimpleLegal (e-billing), ediscovery, and managing knowledge for ongoing projects.
    • Contribute to creating and managing legal enablement programs that offer training on commercial legal procedures and tools to the legal department and other teams. This may include training materials, playbooks, and FAQs.
    • Support the management of legal technology and data analytics to ensure optimal usage and accurate insights.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in in-house legal operations and contracts management.
    • Hands-on experience with technology systems such as SimpleLegal, Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, CLM implementation, ediscovery, technology training, and system maintenance.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, focusing on translating business needs into automated system tasks and workflows. Adaptability to scale with evolving business requirements.
    • Proven track record of collaborating with different teams to achieve impactful results that align with business goals.
    • Interest in mastering tools supporting commercial legal teams and cutting-edge technologies.
    • Preferred experience in a high-growth environment.

    The salary range for this position is between $114K-$157K, with total compensation based on bonuses and internal equity, determined by location, education, experience, skills, and market data.
