We are looking for a hands-on CTO/Lead Developer to build and drive our technical development and strategy.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of our technology solutions.
    • Architect, build, and maintain scalable and reliable systems.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
    • Collaborate with the CEO to align technology initiatives with business goals.
    • Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

    Qualifications :

    • Proven experience as a lead developer or in a senior technical role.
    • Strong full-stack development skills, including [specific technologies relevant to your product].
    • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Effective communication and leadership skills.
