Your responsibilities:

Managing and leading employees and line managers
Monitoring and meeting overall KPIs and productivity goals
Ensuring compliance with HSE safety regulations, quality, and performance requirements
Ensuring timely, accurate, and highquality production of our products
Facilitating and monitoring shopfloor activities and shift handovers
Coordinating employee training and qualification
Identifying and implementing measures to optimize machine availability, productivity, quality, communication, and organization
Collaborating with production planning for order processing
Instructing and training employees on work safety and quality topics
Conducting employee discussions, returntowork interviews, and BEM discussions
Planning vacations while considering production needs
Participating in continuous improvement processes
