We are looking for a specialist (m/f/d) in the field of social pedagogy with a passion for their work and a strong sense of empathy for people with special needs.

As part of a dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make an important contribution to promoting independence and participation in social life for residents in group homes.

Your tasks:

Individual support for residents with multiple disabilities in all areas of life
Promotion of personal development
Planning, organizing and conducting individual and group activities, such as leisure activities and excursions
Assistance with daily tasks, such as personal hygiene
Creation of individual development plans and documentation of work

Your qualifications:

Specialist (m/f/d) with additional qualification in social pedagogy, such as occupational therapist (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or comparable education
Experience in working with people with special needs
Immunization against hepatitis A and B
Health certificate / instruction according to §43 of the Infection Protection Act
Driver's license
Willingness to work in shifts, on holidays and weekends
