We are looking for a Project Manager for Event Technology with a focus on Media Exhibitions (m/f/d) in Hohenwald, TN.

About us SpecTecular GmbH is a young and innovative company specializing in visually and sonically stunning immersive media exhibitions and concerts. In cooperation with Alegria Exhibition GmbH, we have created popular visitor attractions such as "Monet's Garden", "Viva Frida Kahlo" and "Klimts Kiss - Playing with Fire". We also realize spectacular multimedia projects in Germany and abroad.


Your tasks:

  • Financial and technical planning of national (and international) media exhibitions and classical concerts
  • Preparation and coordination of offers, including material disposition, resource planning and logistics
  • Planning, coordination and execution of onsite project setup and dismantling
  • Creation of lighting, sound, rigging and media plans
  • Personnel planning, booking and coordination for project implementation
  • Creation of content guidelines and coordination with content creation and delivery
  • Preparation of rental requests, including financial evaluation and subsequent commissioning

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical training as an event technology specialist
  • Several years of experience in project management with a focus on media technology
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of modern media and event technology
