    Job summary
    Experienced Program Manager with 11-13 years of experience in managing complex projects and programs. Must have expertise in Cisco UCCE, Cisco VOIP Voice, and Cisco IP Telephony.

    Cisco UCCE, Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco VOIP Voice

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.
    • 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.
    • 5+ years' experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
    • 5+ years' experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
    • 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
    • 3+ years' experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
    • 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.
    • Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
    • Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
    Years of Experience: 11-13 Years of Experience
