    Overview

    T. Rowe Price seeks a Software Development Engineer in Test ("SDET") in Owings Mills, MD to:

    • Design, develop and implement technical solutions using custom created automated testing code to test applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Perform independent investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine best fit technologies for the business's current and future needs.
    • Provide technical guidance and apply senior business knowledge to improve in-house and customer facing systems and processes.
    • Establish automation development technical standards using OO programming, Cypress, Protractor, Selenium, open-source SDET tools, and deliver technical and non-technical solutions to business units.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field plus 2+ yrs exp in software testing using automation and automation development.
    • Requires 2+ yrs exp with object-oriented systems design and development, data analysis, reporting, and complex algorithm programming for IT business solutions for financial industry clients.
    • Requires 2+ yrs exp with open source SDET tools and senior automated testing experience building complex testing solutions for the entire software development lifecycle.
    • Requires 2+ yrs of exp with selenium web driver, programming languages like Core JAVA, JAVASCRIPT, Protractor, JMeter and TestNG/Junit.
