    What You'll Get to Do:

    • Contribute to future advancements by working with state-of-the-art radar systems in the industry through Antenna Test Engineers roles.
    • Participate in Antenna test equipment design for factory phased array testing.
    • Integrate new equipment and programs in a cutting-edge facility.
    • Develop test software and equipment design related to phased array testing.
    • Engage in software development to automate test processes and analyze data.
    • Tackle RF challenges during the testing of advanced antenna systems.
    • Provide troubleshooting support and training for technicians.
    • Identify trends early on by analyzing test data.
    • Contribute to program meetings for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test enhancements.
    • Maintain focus on cost, schedule, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM discipline plus 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline with 0 years of experience.
    • Demonstrate experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and more.
    • Hands-on professional software development experience utilizing languages like C++, Python, MATLAB, among others.
    • Possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance and the eligibility for a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
    • Hold U.S. citizenship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in software development related to RF and antenna systems.
    • Background in test development within a nearfield antenna range.
    • Previous exposure to RF testing and/or antenna test/range operations.
    • Familiarity with RF and antenna theory.

    Salary Range: $75,300 - $124,900

    The salary range indicated serves as a general reference, considering various factors including the role's scope, responsibilities, the candidate's background, skills, and the current market conditions. Additional to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, annual bonuses, and Long-Term Incentives for those in Vice President or Director positions. Benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability coverage, savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off. The recruitment period for this job opportunity is estimated to be 20 days from the posting date. However, this timeframe may vary based on business requirements and candidate availability.
