    We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

    **What youll do**

    **Safety:**

    Act as the warehouse safety leader, guiding the operation to zero injuries. Ensure 100% compliance to established safety protocols, lead the safety effort that is charged with identifying risks and behaviors and work collaboratively with site leadership and EHS to close gaps.

    **Operations:**

    Assist in developing the overall strategies and procedures that define warehouse operations. Manage the Warehouse Team Leaders, drive, and monitor performance against recognized Key Performance Indicators in the areas of efficiency, productivity, support, inventory accuracy, material flow and multisite warehousing. Mentor and support the development of the Warehouse team. Drive Danaher Business system daily management principals throughout the warehouse operations. Ensure SOX compliance and lead the inventory management and cycle counting program with a high level of accuracy.

    **Continuous Improvement:**

    Create a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving using Danaher Business System tools. Partners with Operations and Lead leaders to implement lean concepts through out the operations. Establish HOP way of learning and problem solving within the team.

    **HR:**

    Partner with the HR to ensure the daily operations of the facility follow established HR policies and procedures. Hire, train, organize, direct, and motivate the managerial and hourly staff. Act as the local go-to person for all HR related issues, while staying connected with site HR and leadership.

    **Projects:**

    Develop and execute projects identified to reduce improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. Drive efficiency improvement projects, manage and improve Daily management in the warehouse for tracking daily performance, identifying gaps and counter measures to close them.

    **Who you are:**

    **Bachelors Degree with 10+ years logistics, supply chain experience managing warehousing processes and teams in leadership capacity**

    **Individual must have strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills**

    **Demonstrated ability to deal with high levels of uncertainty and multiple priorities under tight deadlines**

    **Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams**

    **Knowledge of Oracle or advance ERP and WMS systems a plus**
