    Our healthcare facility in near East Orange, New Jersey is looking for a skilled Director of Nursing to take charge of our nursing department. As the director of nursing, your main focus will be to create a collaborative and effective environment with a strong emphasis on providing top-notch patient care.

    DON Responsibilities:

    • Supervising all nursing personnel activities
    • Setting goals for the nursing department
    • Implementing new policies to enhance patient care
    • Managing admission and patient care procedures
    • Handling department budgets and expenses
    • Addressing nursing-related issues promptly
    • Collaborating with medical staff and other departments for efficiency
    • Ensuring accurate record-keeping
    • Recruiting and training new staff
    • Evaluating staff performance and preparing reports

    Director of Nursing Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations
    • Certifications in nursing and CPR
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
