Residential Maintenance Production ManagerJob Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
- Oversee all aspects of residential property maintenance, Spring and Fall Cleanups,Weekly mowing, Plant and lawn healthcare.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the timely completion of routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the maintenance budget.
- Monitor expenses, identify costsaving opportunities, and ensure the costeffective delivery of maintenance services.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards for all maintenance work.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide training to maintenance staff on safety procedures and best practices.
- Maintain open and effective communication with property managers, residents, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential property maintenance management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with maintenance software and systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Budget management experience
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential maintenance management
