    Position: HR Assistant
    Location: Norcross, GA (In Office M-F)
    Employment Type: Contract
    Hourly Rate: $22-$24 per hour

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client's team in Norcross, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced HR setting while contributing to the success of our organization.
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and managing inquiries.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating job postings, and conducting pre-employment screenings.
    • Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
