- Signing Bonuses paid in three installments: first payment after 30 days, second payment at six (6) months, and final payment after one year of employment. Payments subject to taxes.
- Full-time status for schedules over 30 hours per week; part-time for 20-29 hours per week. Per diem employees not eligible for bonus.
- Current and past BILH candidates subject to restrictions.
- If employment at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center ends before first anniversary, the signing bonus must be repaid.
- BSN preferred
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in acute care or sub-acute setting
- Current Massachusetts RN license required
- AHA BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Demonstrated critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
