- Signing Bonuses are segmented into three payments.
First payment after 30 days of employment.
Second payment after six (6) months.
Final payment after one year. - Full-time status: 30+ hours per week.
Part-time status: 20-29 hours per week.
Prorated roles for less than full-time positions. - Exclusions apply for current and former BILH candidates.
- Early termination requires repayment of signing bonus.

- Minimum 3 years OR Nursing experience
- CNOR and EHR experience desirable
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS certification preferred
