POSITION SUMMARY Reports To: President/CEO Summary: The Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative support for multiple executives and/or leaders. This role supports conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President/CEO and Senior Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team, organizes/coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a non-profit corporate environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. Work Schedule: Standard Work Schedule. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed. SKILLS # ABILITIES Education Bachelor#s degree in business, healthcare or related field preferred.
