- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Product timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company procedures and protocols
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations and briefings
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Work safely and follow appropriate policies, and government mandated guidelines for safe handling and work processes
- Wear appropriate and approved clothing and safety equipment
- Coordinate, and prioritize needs and tasks as they change
- Meet industry performance and quality standards
- Cross departmental engagement with internal support teams to promote customer service, good teamwork and help meet company goals
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Experience: Packaging Machinery Preferred
- Education: Minimum high school diploma
- Licenses: driver's license in good standing
- Specific skills:
- Mechanical ability
- Ability to read instructions and diagrams
- Familiarity with RSLogix a benefit.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to reading of related work documents, such as bills of lading, orders, documents, etc.
- Moderate to heavy lifting up to 50lbs may be required (some industrial machine assistance available)
