Your tasks and responsibilities:

Quality planning from booked customer order to SOP via Salesforce
Creation of inspection plans, instructions, and test procedures
Conducting risk and process analyses
Providing training for special quality requirements
Close collaboration with sales and application engineering regarding customer requirements
Assisting with the acceptance, processing, and clarification of incoming complaints
Responsible for internal and external projects
Planning and managing initial sample inspections of purchased parts
Conducting process approvals and internal and external audits
Maintaining all relevant quality documents of the processoriented management system
