- Work directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data and creation of process documentation
- Prepare training agendas from release documentation, field service requirements or software documentation; ensuring that course material reflects current product features and customer requirements
- Strive to retain existing clients and ensure the maximum longevity of their relationship with Trimble through proactive contact, excellent service delivery and appropriate relationship development
- Work in close partnership with clients to determine their key requirements, collaboration objectives, and communicate these requirements back to key business functions

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Professional Services Consulting role in software implementation (ERP preferred)
- A background in Finance, Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll
- Construction Accounting
- Good presentation skills, training skills, client-management skills, relationship-building skills, requirements gathering experience, and negotiating skills
- Excellent problem solving, risk mitigation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong initiative, customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
- This position may require North American (United States and Canada) travel (10%) for 3-5 day durations, working in various conditions at customer locations.
- Travel requirements may vary depending on assigned number of customer projects and project timing. Candidates for this position must be willing and able to meet travel requirements.
