Your tasks:

You will be responsible for first-level support, handling customer inquiries and coordinating them. You are the first point of contact to ensure efficient solutions for customer concerns
In close collaboration with CAD consultants, you will support the implementation of IT solutions for our customers. Your contribution ensures that the implemented systems meet the requirements and expectations of our customers
Another focus of your work is the maintenance and upkeep of our customers' IT hardware and software. Your focus is on maintaining existing systems and integrating new components
You will also take care of the maintenance and upkeep of our internal IT infrastructure. Both hardware and software aspects fall within your responsibility to ensure a reliable internal IT landscape
You act as a central interface through close collaboration with other departments, especially CAD consultants, software development, and sales
You always keep track of your project times

You have a solid education as an IT specialist for system integration or have successfully completed an equivalent qualification in the field of computer science or business informatics
As an experienced professional in IT support and IT management, you are able to proactively respond to challenges and ensure a smooth operation of IT systems
You are able to efficiently organize and prioritize workflows. This allows you to keep a cool head and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
