    Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or computer science preferred.
    Ability to use web based programs to identify areas of risk.
    Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
    Prior experience at a mortgage or financial company is preferred.

    Position Responsibilities
    Perform in-depth background checks, including criminal analysis;
    Analyze financial statements;
    Provide management with detailed reports of findings and recommendations regarding financial and background research;
    Recommend changes and modifications to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving industry standards;
    Maintain up to date knowledge about legal, compliance, and market-risk-related issues;
    Collaborate with other departments and employees on projects;
    Provide clients with systems training;
    Assist clients with troubleshooting systems issues;
    Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat communication;
    Other duties as assigned.
