Responsibilities:


  • We are seeking a fulltime manager with expertise in contract law and experience in telecommunications and IT law to join our Legal & Privacy department in Lockhart, FL.
  • In this role, you will oversee the Legal Sourcing & Product department, which is one of three departments within our Legal & Privacy division.
  • You will work closely with other departments to serve as the main point of contact for all legal inquiries related to the telecommunications industry.
  • As a professional in your field, you will also manage and delegate incoming inquiries in your role as a manager.
  • Your main responsibilities will include managing contractual relationships with suppliers and providing legal support for the establishment of a new mobile network.
  • You will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating large supplier and service contracts, with a focus on IT law, such as software purchasing and intercompany contracts with other companies in our group.
  • Additionally, you will handle court and arbitration proceedings and oversee external litigation.

Requirements:


  • You must be a qualified lawyer.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or company is required.
  • Experience in the telecommunications, IT, or equipment industry is preferred.
  • You should have a proven track record of independently managing large contract projects.
  • Experience in leading a team, both in terms of content and disciplinary matters, is necessary.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, strong teamwork skills, resilience, and effective communication are essential for this role.
