    Valley Fitness - Modesto in Modesto, CA, US is looking for a Sales Manager to join our passionate team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team to success, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.     Compensation:

    $20 - $30 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target market segments.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales management.
    • Proven track record in sales.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • US work authorization.
