    We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our thriving team in the energy industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to our growth and success.

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales process from start to finish, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals.

    You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and meeting our revenue goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target segments.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.
    • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
    • Provide forecasts on best achievable sales volumes over short and medium terms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in territory sales, cold calling, prospecting, account management, lead generation, B2B sales, and outside sales.
    • Solid understanding of the energy industry and market trends.
    • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
