- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Provide forecasts on best achievable sales volumes over short and medium terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for senior management.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in territory sales, cold calling, prospecting, account management, lead generation, B2B sales, and outside sales.
- Solid understanding of the energy industry and market trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
