- Develop and manage the implementation of Slakey's "Equipment" business plans.
- Drive Slakey's Equipment sales efforts
- Achieve the "highest" market share for Equipment of any wholesaler.
- Develop and maintain a strong business relationship between Slakey and our Equipment vendors.
- Facilitate and support the necessary Slakey Team Member training.
- Be responsible for overall management of Slakey's Equipment business.
- Be a role model for excellent customer service.
- 4-year college degree required
- Experience with a major HVAC equipment line is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the products Slakey Brothers sells
- 5+ years related management experience
- Prior outside sales experience preferred
- Comprehends Slakey Brothers' Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Warehouse and Delivery Functions
- Strong decision-making abilities - understands impact and implications of decisions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Customer service-focused and relationship-based

Starting salary range $135,000-$165,000 based on experience
