**About Us:**

Bison Builders Inc, a construction company based in Maple Grove, MN, specializes in storm restoration services including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We are currently seeking career-driven individuals to join our sales team immediately.

**Position: Sales/Project Management**

**Location:** Maple Grove, MN

**Salary:** Commission-based ($40k-400k+ potential)

**Training:** Paid training provided for 12 weeks

**Benefits:** Full Health and Dental available after 90 days, paid for by the company

**Responsibilities:**

Lead generation and project management

Flexible schedules working out in the field

Engage with homeowners and businesses to address weather-related damages and repair needs

**Requirements:**

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Computer and phone skills

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Ability to climb a ladder

Experience in the industry is beneficial but not necessary
