- Conducting for product training and specific application to customer's industry, department, and role needs
- Demonstrating a consultative onboarding and solution use optimization, aligned to customer use cases, persona profile and defined success metrics
- Developing and delivering training materials to sales teams on new technology systems
- Developing and maintain relationships with corporate decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts to increase utilization of LexisNexis products
- Generating and tracking qualified leads provided to Relationship Managers in base business accounts and Business Development Managers in prospective accounts
- Utilizing all required processes, tools and systems including SalesForce
- Serving as a liaison for our customers on product/segment team meetings and user panels
- Leading monthly product webinars on BIS products hosted by the marketing group and available to all customers
- Possess a Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
- Have extensive experience in a business environment.
- Be able to demonstrate a consultative approach to uncover customer's needs and problem resolution.
- Demonstrate Industry knowledge and the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of LN products and services.
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be able to travel locally or overnight for business
