Technical Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:


  • Coordination of companies for maintenance and repairs on site, including heating and air conditioning systems, and minor repairs (possibly also performing them yourself)
  • Planning and coordination of safety inspections with contracted companies
  • Ordering and organizing companies for specific tasks
  • Issuing equipment and keeping track of loaned items

What we are looking for:


  • Technical or trade school education, or similar qualifications
  • Experience as a caretaker or property manager
  • Manual dexterity
  • Technical understanding
  • Coordination skills and ability to work in a team
