To strengthen our team in Aachen, we are looking for a
Sales Representative for Order Processing (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:


As a Sales Representative for Order Processing, your responsibilities include:

  • All tasks related to sales (creating quotes, accepting orders, handling complaints, invoicing, customer support, correspondence via phone, email, mail, fax)
  • All tasks related to purchasing and inventory management (e.g. determining needs, ordering goods, invoice verification, inventory checks)
  • Invoicing for services provided by GRÜN aixtema GmbH
  • Independent management of online shops with various products
  • Organizing logistics services
  • General administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, archiving
  • Welcoming customers and business partners
  • Operating the telephone switchboard
