Description
YOUR TASKS:
- Independent handling of turnkey construction projects in commercial and industrial construction as well as turnkey construction projects for the public sector (new buildings and construction in existing buildings)
- Work preparation, tendering and awarding of subcontractor services, construction site organization and performance reporting
- Management of contracted companies
- Management of construction site supervisors (SF foremen)
- Acceptance, rectification of defects and invoicing
- Depending on experience, overall project organization of multiple construction projects
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable course of study, alternatively technician or master craftsman
- Professional experience as a construction manager or project manager in the field of turnkey construction is desirable
- Independent, flexible and goal-oriented way of working
- Leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills in dealing with clients and subcontractors
- Teamwork, assertiveness and mobility
- Proficiency in common computer applications
