YOUR TASKS:

  • Independent handling of turnkey construction projects in commercial and industrial construction as well as turnkey construction projects for the public sector (new buildings and construction in existing buildings)
  • Work preparation, tendering and awarding of subcontractor services, construction site organization and performance reporting
  • Management of contracted companies
  • Management of construction site supervisors (SF foremen)
  • Acceptance, rectification of defects and invoicing
  • Depending on experience, overall project organization of multiple construction projects

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable course of study, alternatively technician or master craftsman
  • Professional experience as a construction manager or project manager in the field of turnkey construction is desirable
  • Independent, flexible and goal-oriented way of working
  • Leadership skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Negotiation skills in dealing with clients and subcontractors
  • Teamwork, assertiveness and mobility
  • Proficiency in common computer applications
