    Description

    Duties:

    • Work in a supportive living housing facility overseeing day-to-day operations
    • Handle clients' issues and programs related to mental health and drug abuse
    • Complete intake processes, necessary forms, and schedule Doctor and lab visits
    • Conduct weekly outreach to expand client services for housing
    • Manage office supply ordering
    • Evaluate and monitor client performance
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Provide daily reports to the Director
    • Create and maintain a client tracking database
    • Handle calls and filing tasks
    • Marketing to clients on a regular basis is essential

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Understanding of trauma and behavior effects
    • Demonstrate integrity and honesty
    • Assist clients with appointments and collaborate with external partners
    • Minimum of 2 years of college education required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of office experience
    • PART-TIME: MON, WED, THU, FRI 9-2 PM
