- Work in a supportive living housing facility overseeing day-to-day operations
- Handle clients' issues and programs related to mental health and drug abuse
- Complete intake processes, necessary forms, and schedule Doctor and lab visits
- Conduct weekly outreach to expand client services for housing
- Manage office supply ordering
- Evaluate and monitor client performance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Provide daily reports to the Director
- Create and maintain a client tracking database
- Handle calls and filing tasks
- Marketing to clients on a regular basis is essential
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of trauma and behavior effects
- Demonstrate integrity and honesty
- Assist clients with appointments and collaborate with external partners
- Minimum of 2 years of college education required
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience
- PART-TIME: MON, WED, THU, FRI 9-2 PM
