Your responsibilities:
- Support HR managers in recruiting employees, conducting interviews, and managing applicants
- Planning and supporting employee development measures
- Ensuring smooth personnel processes and administration
- Responsibility for accurate time tracking
- Interface function to payroll
What you bring to the table:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, such as personnel services specialist, office management clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, further training as a personnel specialist or a degree in personnel management
- First professional experience in operational HR work and recruiting
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with an ERP system
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- You are a team player, committed, and able to work independently
