Receptionist or Service Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • You are the communicative center of the dealership and the first point of contact for our customers, giving our dealership a "voice and face"
  • You support our service team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the availability of your branch by phone
  • Invoicing and processing for service and vehicle rental business
  • Accepting cash deposits and completing cash register according to cash register regulations
  • Comprehensive and qualified customer service from initial contact to waiting area support, with the goal of ensuring high customer satisfaction

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive industry or hospitality
  • You enjoy daily contact with a variety of people
  • You have a friendly demeanor, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy contributing to the success of the dealership with your colleagues
  • Outstanding service quality for customer satisfaction
  • Strong team player
