    Job Description Qualifications:

    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist (Level 4)to join ourSupply Chain Operations Risk Mitigation team in Everett, Washington.

    The Inventory Management Specialist will ensure effective and efficient inventory processes for the China Risk Mitigation project.

    This role requires coordination with Supply Chain Management Analysts (SCMAs) and oversight of multiple inventory and procurement activities to achieve predefined targets.

    This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

    The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

    Position Responsibilities:
    Management of Dual Source Suppliers.
    Coordinate implementation of standard process for dual source production in ERPLN.Ensure placement of PO's with second sources.
    Inventory Coordination.
    Coordinate with SCMAs to review and maintain inventory targets and ensure ordering is place.
    Conduct weekly meetings with SCMAs to review inventory status and strategize improvements.
    Align safety stock levels with inventory targetsWarehousing Management.

    Ensure all warehouses are correctly set up in ERPLN, including setting up new risk mitigation warehouses with updated address codes and full nettable capabilities.

    Coordinate with warehousing team to ensure space is being utilized per plan.
    Inventory Monitoring and Risk Management.
    Monitor part number rolls to prevent inventory obsolescence.
    Ensure that parts are received appropriately in ERPLN.Continually track and report inventory levels against set inventory targets.
    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
    The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):3+ years of experience working with ERPLN3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAbility to travel domestically or internationallyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience Managing supplier performance1+ years of experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, systematic problem solving)1+ years of experience with strategy development and executionTypical Education/ Experience:
    Typically, 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.


    Relocation:

    Summary pay range:
