The candidates selected will be leading cross-functional teams for technical and business priorities, with internal and external partners, to achieve our goals and objectives.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Lead Project Management Specialists - Connected Aircraft.
Position Responsibilities:
Leading and facilitating programmatic set up and execution of program operations tools
Lead role for program tools, Management Information System, communication and visibility (set up, access, permission management)
Establish onboarding process and tools for IPT; leading implementation and improvements to our processes and tools approach across the teams
Establishing and refining PMBPs integrated across all teams within program
Supports Agile operational model and integrated program management tools and processes
Workshop and event planning and execution
Leading and facilitating program and leadership level reviews and cadences
Facilitate partner engagements and integration with technical and business teams
This position is hybrid.
This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading complex projects with large project teams
2+ years of experience with SharePoint set-up, WebEx set up and records management systems
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint
2+ years of experience working with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for Agile work management
Self-starter who can work independently and has demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders such as sales, success, product management, and senior leaders
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience leading complex projects with large project teams
5+ years of experience working with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for Agile work management
Solid experience in leading and facilitating dynamic cross-functional teams
Ability to develop and maintain trust with customer and partners
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment
Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results
Experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex business and technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
Experience in agile development methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and/or project management tools
Leadership and utilization of tools/processes for effective financial and program management
Workshop and event planning and execution
Training and onboarding development and execution
Ability to motivate and inspire team and partners along the journey together
Extensive cross-organizational experience and established relationships with BCA/BGS
Establishing PMBPs or Agile processes and tools
Excellent team player with a "can do" attitude and strong written and oral communication skills

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Lead (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
