Job DescriptionChipton-Ross is seeking a Project Management Specialist 5 for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
*This position is 100% ONSITE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards. Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules. Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry. Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders. Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Model Based Safety Assessment program management work statement; managing the digital lab environment for MBSE(Model-based systems engineering) / MBSA (Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer)
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Program Management experience
-Experience within a Model Based Safety Assessment program management work statement; managing the digital lab environment for MBSE(Model-based systems engineering) / MBSA (Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer)
- Agile methodology
- Microsoft Office
EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
