- Implement standards contained in Westinghouse "Codes of Business Ethics & Conduct." Ensure that all employees reporting to this position are informed about the standards and related policies and enforce them within this supervised activity. Ensuring appropriate human resources are assigned to implement customer projects.

- Leadership of advanced analysis techniques including defining standards and expectations for use across Global Engineering Services (GES).
- Routine and frequent communication with all levels of management to implement business strategies relating to IT hardware, software, and supplier usage for analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
- Minimum of 10 years of strong and progressively more responsible leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with Component Engineering skills and products.
- Knowledge of and experience of PWR plant operations is also preferred as it relates to Operational Chemistry.
- Experience with negotiations, persuasion, listening, and people development skills is essential.
Ability to engage customers to promote group products and services.
Effective oral and written communication with internal and external customers and engineering groups. - Solid understanding of high technology products and systems.
Ability to gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make effective decisions. - Excellent team building skills with ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ANSYS or similar FEA codes is a plus.
- Experience managing engineering teams is preferred.

This position is hybrid in nature requiring 2 days/week on-site at the Westinghouse facility in Madison, PA located 45-minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Additional time may also be required occasional at the Churchill facility in Churchill, PA approximately 25 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh. We are able to entertain all candidates authorized to work without sponsorship now and in the future as we are unable to sponsor Visa's for this opportunity.
