Your responsibilities at CEWE:

You are responsible for human resources at the CEWE location in Freiburg and work closely with other locations within the CEWE Group. With your team of three dedicated HR professionals, you are the contact person and designer for 190 employees and 150 seasonal workers annually.
In detail, this means:

  • Together with your team, you ensure that daily operational HR tasks, including payroll, run smoothly and continuously develop processes together. With the team, you find the perfect employees, retain and support them throughout the employee life cycle.
  • You work closely with our managers and advise them on all HR-related matters. You are also responsible for recruiting specialist and managerial positions and keep an overview of topics related to compensation and personnel costs.
  • You maintain a constructive collaboration with the works council and ensure the implementation of labor law issues.
  • Together with your team, you ensure the recruitment and onboarding of up to 150 seasonal workers for the Christmas season.
