    Assist in executing the campus wide marketing plan while supporting marketing and admission efforts to achieve full occupancy campus wide.

    Job Standards

    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with diverse individuals or groups, including written/verbal skills.
    • Desire to work on a personal basis with mature adults and family members.
    • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Professional appearance and manner.
    • Minimum 1 year experience with marketing on social media platforms
    • Minimum 2-year associate degree, 4 year preferred in related field
    • Minimum 3-year experience in advertising/marketing field.
    • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must have own transportation and a valid WI driver's license is required.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize work appropriately with minimal direction.
    • Ability to safely perform essential function of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Accurately accounts for time.
    • Accurately accounts for mileage.
