    HarrisData - Marketing Coordinator (New/Recent Grad)


    Learn the ins and outs of marketing in the software world by becoming a key member of the HarrisData marketing team We strive to serve our customers by creating and selling quality, affordable software that delivers great value while providing a quality work-life environment for our employees.


    HarrisData builds the software that businesses run on, including Human Resources (HRIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP, such as accounts payable and inventory management).

    The Marketing Coordinator helps bring the HarrisData brand to life through creative messaging and activities.

    As a key player on the marketing team, you will be responsible for helping to deliver new marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and sales assets; showcase customer success stories through case studies, webinars, and references; and manage all aspects of HarrisData's user conferences – from ideation to budget expenditures.

    You will also be critical to supporting the sales organization in driving inbound sales leads, managing the HD Partner program, and supporting customer lunch and learns/demos.

    This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

    A successful Marketing Coordinator will:
    Be self motivated and results driven

    Have the ability to work independently and take initiative with projects; we are looking for an individual who will contribute ideas and build upon current processes

    Create and manage all marketing collateral, including brochures, videos and other sales assets

    Help drive sales leads by creating and managing all inbound and outbound marketing campaigns as well as advertising

    Lead all aspects of HarrisData's annual customer conferencing, including budget expenditures

    Build on the HarrisData brand by managing the corporate website and developing all social media content

    Write and lead external communications, including customer case studies, press releases and other reference materials


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
    • Creative, self-motivated and ready to take initiative
    • Strong time management and follow up skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong organizational, clerical and project management skills
