Our Human Health Digital Data and Analytics (HHDDA) team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs.

Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of engaging, interacting and measuring with our customers and patients leveraging digital, data and analytics.

We are seeking a dynamic talent to support the Vice President of Commercial Analytics and Digital Solutions (CAS). This role will enable strategic capability builds, drive operational effectiveness, and engage with the broader CAS team.

The AD, Analytics Strategy and Planning will collaborate closely with the HHDDA leadership team, the CAS leadership team and, Global Marketing to achieve organizational outcomes.


The individual will act as the Chief of Staff to VP of Commercial Analytics and Digital Solutions, playing a critical role in developing and enhancing the strategic capabilities of CAS in support of Human Health organization.

This role will anticipate, identify, understand, engage in, and support effective prioritization of priorities and opportunities across the CAS in a timely and effective manner.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Understand and assess the team's current capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and enable development of strategic capability roadmaps
  • Accountable for the efficient governance of key meetings and communication from the VP office. This includes attendee management; decisionoriented meeting agendas; capture, tracking and followup of action items and working with the appropriate colleague(s) to ensure seamless planning and logistics.
  • Communicate and ensure understanding of objectives across the organization.
  • Drive the support of all ET, HHOC and/or market, HHDDA LT needs, quarterly business reviews, OKR tracking and adhoc requests, through proactive info gathering and presentation prep, ensuring quality and timely submissions
  • Proactively identify and execute projects of importance to HHDDA and CAS, overseeing management and coordination of key initiatives.
  • Manage daytoday operations, including budgets, financial management, resource allocation, and vendor management.
  • Activate the office of VP, CAS to drive a strong culture, alignment with strategic priorities and transformation agenda, through thoughtful partnership with various team across HHDDA.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of the Office of CAS, HHDDA by proactively taking on work and adding value in ways such as preparation and review of presentations, briefing documents, speaker prep, triaging and responding to questions and requests, organizing and prioritizing materials for review, etc.
  • Represent the VP, CAS in meetings across the organization as needed.

Required Experience and Skills:


  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or consulting industry and/or Ph.
D in technical disciplines

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, association, and alliance skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving initiatives forward.
  • Excellent project management skills, handling multiple outcomefocused initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and make critical decisions.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to be onsite in Rahway Headquarters 23 days a week.

Preferred Experience and Skills:


  • Experience in healthcare data, analytics
  • Experience in Life Science or consulting industry
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MA/MS) preferred.
