    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Technical Program Manager - Vehicle Controls Integration

    The Vehicle System Integration team at the company delivers System Design, System Integration Analysis, and Electrical Architectures required to achieve a high level of system reliability on vehicles.

    As the Vehicle Controls Technical Program Manager, you will be in charge of developing the vehicle features and functions roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders or product owners responsible for downstream stories to support project milestones.

    This role requires constant communication with firmware, software, hardware, vehicle integration, product, and mission planning teams, aiming to share best practices among these teams to enhance efficiency and execution of subsequent development phases.

    Responsibilities:
    • Ownership of vehicle controls management document
    • Define high-level requirements and maturity targets for firmware release milestones
    • Drive regular meetings with representatives from each vehicle development area to address progress and roadblocks
    • Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
    • Develop or refine processes to tackle unforeseen challenges
    • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to resolve issues
    • Establish standard reports for concise communication on program status
    • Present key updates to the executive team
    Qualifications:
    • BS or MS in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience (Control, EE, or Mechatronics, preferably)
    • Minimum 5 years managing automotive firmware development
    • At least 3 years of experience with vehicle control function validation
    • Demonstrated track record in managing complex cross-functional projects
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts
    • Clear and structured communication skills for diverse audiences
    • Familiarity with software development methodologies like ASPICE
    • Basic knowledge of AGILE principles
    Bonus Qualifications:
    • Experience as an automotive application control function developer
    • Understanding of base software structures
    • Knowledge of CAN, LIN, or Ethernet protocols and system setup
    • Passion for electric and autonomous mobility
    • AGILE Certification
